Logging in
If you are having problems logging in, try making sure that you enter your password exactly as given to you. If frustration continues to arise please contact one of our sales associates for assistance.
1. Select the "Login" link from any Star Diamond web page. It is located on the top right of every page. Note: If you are already logged in, this link will appear as “Welcome your name" rather than "Login".
2. Enter your six character customer ID in the Login Name field, and your password in the password field. In the example, the customer ID is TES002. If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the instructions.
3. Click on the login button or press enter. You will then be logged in.
How to Order
Ordering online at www.stardiamondtools.com is as easy as 1-2-3.
1. Account holders must first login using the Login Name and password we have assigned you. The login button may be found at the top of any page on our site. If you do not have an account, you may proceed with the order.
2. Search for the item(s) you want to add to your Cart.
3. After adding all the items to your Cart, select the "Check Out" button from the Cart page. The Cart page can be accessed at any time using the "View Cart" button at the top of every page or the link at the left side of any page.
Shipping
1. If alternative method of shipping is desired, please specify in the instructions box and the correct shipping costs will be calculated at time of invoicing.
2. Star Diamond Tools Inc. ships to US and Canadian destinations only.
3. Ground shipping is included on all diamond product orders over $950, excluding equipment.
4. Orders under $950 are subject to posted courier rates.
5. Air Shipments are available at an additional cost. Please call for further details.
6. For all US orders, customer must provide a Federal ID number.
7. On shipments, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at time of order.
8. Star Diamond Tools Inc. reserves the right at time of shipping to utilize Carrier of choice.
Pick Ups
Pick ups are available during regular business hours. Location and hours of operation are located on our Contact Us page.
Returns Policy
All returned items must be shipped prepaid and must contain the following information:
- Returned goods authorization number (RGA).
- Packing list of items returned and reason for the return.
- Completed product return form.
- Copy of original invoice.
A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on returned items. Any diamond tool that is covered under warranty will be replaced or repaired free of charge at Star Diamond's option and returned free of charge F.O.B. destination via UPS ground.
